Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your LabKart account and all associated personal data.
What happens when you delete your account?
In compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store data safety policies, we provide a complete and permanent data deletion mechanism. Once confirmed:
- Profile & Identity: Your mobile number, full name, saved addresses, and patient profiles will be permanently deleted.
- Health Records: Uploaded prescriptions and digital diagnostic lab reports are erased from cloud storage and will no longer be accessible.
- Booking History: Personal associations with booking records are cleared.
Important requirement: Accounts with active in-progress bookings (sample collection pending, lab processing, or report generation) cannot be deleted until all active bookings are either completed or cancelled.
Need help or prefer manual deletion?
If you no longer have access to your registered phone number or email, you can submit an account deletion request directly to our privacy team at support@labkart.in. Please include your registered mobile number and reason for deletion. Manual deletion requests are processed within 48 to 72 hours.
